Xcelero Support is a service that provides you with remote support of our Xcelero SuiteApp. Xcelero Support is an administrative and application support service which includes assistance on ‘How To’ questions, user setup, general guidance and support on any application related issues that arise.
Once Xcelero is installed and ready to use you can select a support option that best fits your needs.
Our Gold support option provides you with full Administrative and Application support for your Xcelero SuiteApp. Depending on the band width of your internal resources, you may require assistance with setting up test cases, process flows and processing those during the bi-annual upgrades released by NetSuite each year. With our Gold support, we work with you to understand your processes and develop those test plans and scenarios for you. During the pre-release of the NetSuite upgrades we will execute these test cases and process flows and report back to you any potential issues that may exist in the upcoming release.
Our Silver support option provides the ability to augment your internal team with trouble shooting issues/questions that come up with developing test cases and process flows and processing those within the Xcelero SuiteApp. This option would best suit your needs if you have internal resources that have been trained on the Xcelero SuiteApp and own the development of test cases and process flows, but you would like to augment those internal resources for additional support and guidance
Our Bronze support option provides you with bug fixes and software upgrades. Xcelero will release periodic upgrades to our product and with our Bronze support you will be eligible to receive those software releases to your environment.
With Xcelero Support you can choose the support option that best fits your needs for full Administrative and Application Support, augment your internal resources and receive periodic software upgrade releases to make sure you stay current with the latest features of Xcelero.
